Alan Ashlay
Miller began his insurance career in 1968, at age 18, selling student
insurance while he was working his way through college as a Pre-Med student at San Jose
State University. Being successful and really enjoying the work, Alan was one of
only two students majoring in Insurance (Business Administration with a Risk Management
Specialty) graduating January 1971.
In September of 1980, he received his CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) Designation
from the American College, a designation that only 2% of agents have earned.
